01

WhatsApp AI Chatbot

AI-powered WhatsApp system that handles incoming conversations, identifies intent, answers common questions, and routes conversations when human support is needed.

Stack
  • WhatsApp Business API
  • SendPulse
  • OpenAI
  • Automation
Flow
  1. WhatsApp
  2. AI Classification
  3. AI Agent
  4. Human Handoff
The problem

A campaign launch generated around 2,000 WhatsApp messages, leaving the client manually responding to customer inquiries and conversations one by one.

What I built

A WhatsApp AI chatbot trained around past customer conversations to understand common inquiries, respond contextually, and handle conversations automatically while routing situations that required human attention.

Business value

Faster responses, more consistent customer handling, and less manual work managing incoming WhatsApp conversations.

02

LinkedIn Lead Qualification & Outreach System

AI-assisted workflow that helps identify relevant prospects, personalize outreach, track conversations, and move qualified leads through the pipeline.

  • GHL
  • SalesEdge
  • CRM
Flow
  1. LinkedIn
  2. AI Qualification
  3. Outreach
  4. CRM
  5. Follow-up
The problem

Manually researching prospects, deciding who was worth contacting, writing messages, and tracking follow-ups created a lot of repetitive work.

What I built

A structured outreach workflow that uses AI to assess prospect fit, generate relevant messaging, organize leads by stage, and trigger the appropriate follow-up process.

Business value

Less time spent on prospect research and administration, more consistent outreach, and clearer visibility into the sales pipeline.

03

Lead Capture & Notification System

Automated lead intake system that captures submissions, organizes them in a central database, and alerts the right person when a new lead comes in.

Stack
  • Google Forms
  • Google Sheets
  • Zapier
  • Gmail
Flow
  1. Form
  2. Database
  3. Automation
  4. Notification
The problem

New inquiries can easily get lost when information is submitted through forms and then has to be manually copied, organized, and communicated to the team.

What I built

An automated lead capture workflow that records incoming submissions, updates the lead tracker, and sends an immediate notification when a new inquiry is received.

Business value

Faster lead response, fewer manual data-entry tasks, and a centralized view of incoming opportunities.

04

CRM Client Onboarding System

Automated onboarding workflow that turns a new client submission into an organized sequence of CRM records, tasks, communications, and follow-ups.

Stack
  • GoHighLevel
  • Forms
  • CRM
  • Email Automation
  • Calendars
Flow
  1. Intake Form
  2. CRM
  3. Pipeline
  4. Tasks
  5. Email
  6. Appointment
The problem

Client onboarding often involves the same administrative steps being repeated manually across forms, CRM records, emails, tasks, and calendars.

What I built

A connected onboarding workflow that captures client information, creates and updates CRM records, moves contacts through the appropriate pipeline stages, and triggers follow-up actions automatically.

Business value

A more consistent onboarding experience, fewer administrative steps, and less chance of important tasks falling through the cracks.

05

Dual-Brand CRM Setup

Centralized CRM system managing leads from two brands while keeping each brand’s pipeline, attribution, and sales workflow organized.

Stack

  • CRM
  • Workflows
  • Email Automation
Flow
  1. Website Enquiry
  2. Lead Capture
  3. Brand / Source
  4. Pipeline
  5. Salesperson
  6. Follow-up
The problem

Two brands were generating enquiries that needed to be managed by the same sales team, creating the challenge of keeping leads organized by brand while maintaining a centralized CRM.

What I built

A dual-brand GoHighLevel CRM setup with separate pipelines, brand and source attribution, lead routing, salesperson assignment, automated notifications, confirmation emails, and follow-up tasks, all within one centralized CRM.

Business value

A centralized view of leads across both brands, clearer attribution, more organized sales workflows, and less manual lead sorting.

About Claudine

I build systems around how your business works.

Background

I’m an AI Operations & Workflow Automation Specialist focused on helping businesses reduce repetitive work, connect their tools, and build workflows that are easier to manage.

My background in customer support, technical support, CRM, and automation shaped how I approach systems today. I pay attention to how work moves through a business, where processes get stuck, and where better systems can make everyday work easier.

I work across CRM, AI, automation, and business workflows, building practical systems that help teams spend less time on repetitive processes and more time on the work that actually needs them.

How I approach automation

Solve the business problem first. Build the automation second.

  1. 01Understand how the process works today
  2. 02Find the repetitive work and bottlenecks
  3. 03Connect the right tools and systems
  4. 04Automate where it creates real value
  5. 05Keep the workflow simple enough to use and maintain
